Alert Lost Dog: The dog was found at South 65 th Street and Cobbs Creek Parkway in Philadelphia. Very friendly let me give him a bath. Nails are overgrown and hair is badly matted which leads me to believe that he was abandoned or lost for a long time. PLEASE SHARE!!!
